Our standard charge is £40 per hour for the duration of your event, additional set up and clear up time is charged at £10 per hour after the first hour.
A reduced hire rate is available for charity fundraisers and local good causes, subject to approval of the management committee, please ask for further details.
Our committee room can be hired alone at a rate of £20 per hour
A regular user reduced rate is available to anyone making a weekly, fortnightly or monthly booking. Please Contact Us to discuss whether the regular slot you are interested in is available.
Parties for primary school age children are charged at an all inclusive price of £40.
A deposit of £50, or the full amount if less, is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final invoice.
Where numbers are sufficient for it to be economical to open the bar then we can offer a well stocked and fully staffed bar for the duration of your event. Our bar services are provided by Miaitalia and David, Katy and their team will give you and your guests a very warm welcome.
We are unfortunately unable to allow guests to bring their own cold beverages onto the premises while the bar is open. However drinks can be ordered in advance via the bar for you to serve as a welcome drink, toast or table wine. Please ask to see our selection list.
The playing field is available for public use. There is a charge of £15 per use for organised matches, training and fixtures.
Wedding receptions are charged at an all inclusive price of £1200 allowing you access to the hall from 3pm Friday until 3pm Sunday. Mid week wedding receptions can occasionally be accommodated outside school term time.
A deposit of £400 is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final invoice.
This price includes the bar being stocked and staffed for your event, tables, chairs, crockery and glassware (wine, champagne and water glasses). Your caterer will be able to use our commercial kitchen facilities. You also have exclusive use of the outside space. You will need to arrange your own table clothes and chair covers, we do not provide these.
The hall holds up to 135 seated for a wedding breakfast and can accommodate up to 180 for an evening reception
You will be required to set up the hall yourselves and leave it as you found it following your event.
